1. Mid-air rocket deployment.
2. Main weapon + pistol for tight-quarters headshotting.
3. Sometimes it's worth it to ram a rocket with passengers into an enemy dropship.
3a. Don't destroy too many enemy craft because it ruins everything.

Never leave an AI alone, that AI technology implanted in his clony little brain is not enough to save him, so in other words keep an eye on your soldiers, save them from the dangers they may be in.
Never shoot directly up at ships, (obvious)
In one man army, take the high ground
Have your unit specialize in something,heavy sniper, flak cannon, thumper.
Body slamming, doesn't work the way it use to :(
DONT think you can beat a turret (dreadnaught while its firing at you(includes the coalition turret)
But have a spare weapon for in case you run out of ammo at the wrong times.
Reload according to circumstance.
In one man army, cover is everything, especially during those last few seconds, so get yourself in a safe spot (usually(always) made up of dead bodies and debris(this is war) (oh and try to have your mini bunker out of the enemy landing zone) then hold the rotting fort. Works way better than open ground.
If your in open ground and seen by a lovely heavy soldier aiming a flak cannon at you or a "brick launcher", kiss your ass goodbye.(Brace yourself because you're ganna die)

1. Function over fanciness
2. Structural integrity over 300 is madness
3. More glow = more slow

1.- Not necroing a 2 year old threads.
2.- If no mods show up warning people, forget rule 1.


Now, my CC rules:
1.- Pick weapons with long range.
2.- If you can't complete rule number 1, pick weapons that involve explosives.
3.- If you can't complete rule number 2, pick weapons with a lot of particles per shot or a huge fire rate.
4.- A single soldier never has enough grenades.
5.- Never make an invulnerable base. You will get bored on the long run.
6.- If you do make an invulnerable base, place a lot of bombs near your brain for the time when you decide to panic.
7.- Any, and absolutely ANY weapon can be deadly.
8.- Bunker's only use is storing your future troops.

CC never gets boring when there's no brain to defend because when it's in the sky the usual target might be you.
Btw it good for testing mods fyi.

1.- Tutorial bunker. ALWAYS.
