   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!DANGIT I might not be able to do scoring and PM's and stuff for this contest and starting the new one.

How would one run it? Just tallying up the scores and ratings in their threads? If it's just that I might be able to do it.

   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!When you run the contest, you go through mod entries and find the average rating (using mathmatic processes, of course). You then send out PMs to the 3 top winners (if there are even 3) and edit the main post and the "winners" post accordingly. To edit those posts, you can ask a mod to do it for you if you're running the contest.
I'll send a PM with some slightly more specific info to you if want to run the contest.

Hmm... I will think about it, but anyone can accept this.

   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!Interestingly, my computer problems were resolved today, when I least expected it.
Thanks anyways Allstone and sniper for volunteering!

EDIT: Oh, and I'm going to try judges for the next contest's scoring system. Anyone interested? I'll need atleast 3 people, 7 at most.

   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!Depending on what the next theme's theme is, I might be interested in judging, especially if you're low on volunteers.I'm pleased that you're trying different scoring systems, either way.

   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!I vote for Lizard and Pete. Perhaps they could represent graphics and coding separately? It's not that I don't think Lizard has an eye for functionality or that Pete doesn't know anything about aesthetics (I think they would be good judges of any aspect of CC mods), but I think having talented people judge in their respective fields would be cool. Maybe go in-depth into a novel coding technique or a specific spriting technique that set the mod apart. That kind of thing gets me hot.

   |   Re: Modding Theme of the X Time Period *Theme: AI!I'm willing to judge. It seems we already have a large amount of graphical judges, but I happen to know some Lua as well.
