Ronins are rebels who just don't like the Coalition being a tyrant.

Hush now. Tradestar has been around for awhile. You take your ideas somewhere else.

The TradeStar... I'm not sure what to think about it. It creates some logic holes to sew up,
but it also solves many. It's pretty cemented now anyways, so I'll have to find a way to work with it.

The Ronin are... the have some humanity left, including the bad parts. They're a bit like people
nowadays who stop paying taxes and stuff to live outside of society. However, in the CC universe
If a FreeTrade decides that they don't want any business with you or your solar system,
you plummet back to the stone age pretty much. Well, Western age, as it is in Firefly.
The Ronin aren't really organized into a coherent group. It's other people who group them together as one.

Anyways, proto page! The 404's will disappear as I hopefully finish stuff.

I do care about your feedback. It's a little difficult for me to go through a lot of pages with replies,
but I try to speed-read everything to get some idea of what's appreciated and not. Hopefully this
document answers some of your questions, but it will probably produce more :o The story / scenario
section (not there yet) has more fluff and is probably the most work for me.

I'm going to scan and clean up my spaceship drawings now. They're pretty tangential to CC as a game,
but it's fun to work on things like these. I think it's important to describe peripheral stuff, because otherwise
the setting feels like... you know those B sci-fi movies where they only have like three actors and a small
claustrophobic set... maybe some crap CGI shot of a city or whatever they're in.*

* Well, it worked in Alien, but you know what I mean.

Ah man, that was awesome to read through.

I really really love the green dummy designs, the weapons and colour scheme look really nice.
I love the Alchiral logo, looks like a clone in a vat, and the body is also reminiscent of a double-helix.
It's nice to see the coloured in Coalition troops, but I prefer the simpler version of the logo. I also really like the CPU design. Looks like a cute lil' server with legs. :3

I prefer the newer CMF logo. It's more logo-ish, rather than design-ish.

This all sounds absolutely awesome Prom. I can't wait for this to be expanded more. The only problem I have is that the backstory the Ronin were given causes me to think of ruthless bandits and slave traders. Which doesn't jive with my previous (imagined) backstory.

Yeah i was hoping they were some kind of human resistance group which were all like against the removal of human brains and stuff and stuff about cheating death and more of that kind of stuff.
