I dont know, but if you look really close you can see the bits of actor that WEREN'T vaporised.

Shortly after, the coalition soldier suffered exhaust burns in the head and torso, resulting in death. The MKV design has not yet been conditioned ballistically, nor is it equipped with the explosive warhead it is designed to deliver yet. I don't know if there is, try the search feature, which you should have done before asking anywhere, much less here.
On to the whole epic moments thing..."The Shadow Echelon Multiple Kill Vehicle is now detonating. Have a nice day!" -massive explosion- (It actually says that) "The Shadow Echelon Multiple K--" Crisis Averted -minuscule explosion- ... -tinier bomblet explosions- [That's a Ronin m16 there, SE doesn't have a copy of it] Yeah, I won't lie, the MKV's detonation is the same general concept as Numgun's Tactical Thermal Bomb's detonation. I couldn't resist the fall/disarmable time/explode thing, after the way it fell in the video. Buut, it's a dropship, it's easily disarmed, it doesn't attract friendly fire, it's got a short timer, controllable actor during timer, an entirely different timer display, "shoot to disarm"/"crisis averted" messages, and a different explosion. I haven't even looked at the code of it. So there's certainly difference between the two. I still intend to change the explosion, implement lag-reduction terrain damage techniques, add proper wounds, add spin to the timer-baring actor, etc, but I'm satisfied with this timer/disarm/detonation function. I would hope so, at least, seeing as I just stayed up all night working on it.

I hope Youtube video links are allowed here - Not exactly "Epic" so much as "Epic Fail", but still has some funny moments. [56ker's nightmare post, as always] The Shadow Echelon heavy base defense machine gun: the Emplacement. Because, clearly, when you overheat a weapon, the heat forms in a circular aura of plasma around you that kills you if you try to move through it. Clearly. I mean, it just makes sense. But explanationlessness aside, this does force you to stand/sit/lay still shortly after and during firing. Which is nifty, and justifies the bullet hose thing and balances the uberhood significantly, in my opinion. Everything but the overheat aura effect function will likely change before SE's release. I'll probably make it a Minigun, give the aura some glowy goodness, and with B23 I'll give it a bunch of fire delay for "setting it up" as well as spinning it up. After all, the whole gimmick here is that you can't shoot on the fly/run. Maybe muzzle smoke, and tempest-style short-stack casings with crobo-style trails...

my gas grenade zombie is better than yours Attachment: ScreenDump003.png just need a few more gas sprites and some large explosion sprites for it to be as good as i want it. and better sprites and offsets for the launcher, but they come later.

Chainsaw duals are cool. Rocket propelled chainsaws are cool. A dual with a rocket propelled chainsaw? That's epic. Gif tomorrow maybe, I still have the frames from this. ...I really need to redo those stance offsets...
