Re: Vidya
AI are now more evenly matched with the player when it comes to unit value. A squad of three soldiers with automatic firearms can and will ♥♥♥♥ your ♥♥♥♥ up.

Re: Vidya
This is pure and simply amazing! Im wondering how effective explosions will become! and how powerful more piercing weapons like the revolver cannon and things may become.
The guns may need re-balancing....

Re: Vidya
Explosions don't work differenly than they used to, other than the fact that you're more likely to have enemies tighter together.

Re: Vidya
So in the scenario of teammates being close together in combat, the enemy rounds should act similarly to the random chance of hitting the chest or arms in a one-on-one firefight?

Re: Vidya
No, friendly bullets go past actors. Enemy bullets still hit front unit like usual.
Besides chest or arm hit isn't random, it's based on if the round goes through the chest or the arm is extended further than the chest.

Re: Vidya
Wow, this looks very promising.
Specially because the ground movement looked more fluid.

Re: Vidya
Does this mean there can be proper "who killed who" logging now?

Re: Vidya
Nah, that'd require Data to rewrite the code so that everything carries a pointer. Would be too time consuming compared to what it would add.
