TOU is superior.But really guys, get over it, there is no way of making lagless and stable dynamic water in CC.

Battle oriented submarines could use a system like Abdul's UAV's weapon system. Maybe something like carrier ship that would release smaller AI controlled submarines? Something along the lines of nerfed RETARDS or something. *cough* In the Hunt *cough*
