AMD Phenom II (black ed) 3 gHz quad-core
2GB RAM (my other stick broke  )
Win XP

Runs very well, lags at 3 Vault-teh nukes at the same time.

Same for me, but W7

In other news, eat is a good thing. It loaded first boot on my friends computer in less than 3 seconds, not even joking.

1.86Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, over clocked to run at 2.1 or something.
Running XP pro

Even with no mods, game lags at any opportunity and has crap FPS (horrifying when you hit Ctrl + O and find out why the game play seems so slow. hang hang hang hang.)
Not even worth playing (yes, I uninstalled it).

Weird, I am not seeing any trend in specs that work well and specs that don't.

Woo, exalion's back around.
We should really graph this ♥♥♥♥.
I think that would require an x, y, z and t axis though, for processors, ram, and OS. I suppose we could just do 4 graphs, XP, Vista, W7, and OSX, and have the X processor, the Y game FPS and the Z ram.. damn this will be complicated to read <_<

Or just 3 graphs with several series of data each...

3D graph perhaps? Processor make and speed, RAM, and standardized fps?

That's what I was suggesting, duh :P
Anyway, I suppose we should set up a thread to submit data to..

You had four variables, making a 4d graph :P

But yeah, a thread to dump stats to would be cool. Might I suggest the standard load to be the tutorial mission with one soldier controlled by the player firing a full clip of coalition rockets (AI active and brain hunting)?

4d Graphs are just moving graphs. If it was displayed with corresponding time it would work pretty well.
Alternatively, you could have separate 3d graphs above each other.

Well, but then randomness comes into play, especially considering the CC engine's penchant for retarded physics. If someone Lua literate could make a scene that's just a big, SFX bonanza scripted event, then that would probably be ideal for testing FPS. Something like the beginning of TLB's Prison Escape Ep.2, but with laggyness.
As for the graphs, dividing them into four 3D graphs by OS seems like the only feasible way. As has been said before.

Stats dump.
If anyone wants to make a benchmarking scene, that would be awesome (like, seriously awesome, if you do I suggest using prom grounds), but I don't have the time, so I'll just do a basic "stuff asplodes fps drops a bit post results". We should get a good distribution anyway.
Oh god I want to do the benchmark scene now :P Must resist opportunity to procrastinate <_<
