Instructions:

x = (1024/480)*100

Go to base.rte/scenes and open up all the image files in paint directly in that folder (the skies and backgrounds).

Go to stretch in the toolbar (forget if it's under edit or transform or what) and multiply the horizontal and vertical things by x percent.

After doing all of them, go to settings.ini and change the rez to 1280/1024
