Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
Ohey, Mail, I had the same Idea.
Sadly, it doesn't work.
Also, what I meant was, does the Mac PrintScreen solution work.

Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
When you said "Click Blend" Where is this blend? You did not click a blend button on your video.
I was wondering about that too. OP changed.

Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
Remember, the guide part about cropping IS FOR VIRTUALDUB ONLY. Using another program could work differently. If you can't find blend on VDub I'll be happy to make a screenie. Infact, I'll add a screenie.
EDIT: THE VID IS BY ZALO! NOT ME!

Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
You could load the other program's gif into Vdub.
I use it to crop then use trout's optimizer to shrink.

Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
You might want to try increasing the Framerate when you make future .gifs. the default is 33 Fps for CC gifs to look good.

Yeah, whenever I use prntscrn it freezes the game until I release it, so I have to press the button manually.

Re: Making .gifs for Dummies
Usually it's in the top right corner of the keyboard It looks like "PrntScrn".
Unless you have a Mac. This tutorial is for WINDOWS ONLY.

I meant this from Duh102 wrote: One more reason Macs are inferior Hey, before you get mad at me, I bring a gift. Remap a key to the Prntscrn button and away you go. Couldn't find a way to remap a key to PrntScrn. Flammablezombie (indirectly) said he got it to work, I was asking how :/

Where's this Picture folder located anyhow? I've looked everywhere for it and I can't seem to find it.
