Just have the ending like this triumphant techno rock music playing and the player's brain's mental image of himself (avatar?) watching a stockmarket display screen and smiling smugly as the value of gold goes up.
After all, cc's main plot is super capitalism!

Also have badass guitar solo.
*to make game more brooding and dark.

This game does not look very brooding or dark. It looks freaking hilarious.
Look at the little tutorial screens! They've got cute little mascots and everything!

Instead of nukes, drop crate upon drop crate begin raining from the sky, full of ridiculous amounts of crabs. The crabs begin pouring out, forming an invincible wave of invertebrates. The scene switches to cuts of several opposing bases, showing the defenders hopelessly firing into the sea of orange shelled animals before having the crabs rush forward, the soldiers being either torn to pieces by the oncoming horde or eaten alive, mouthful by mouthful. It's never going to be put in as the final sequence but it's still funny to think about.
