Personally I think this could be very cool. I think you could get reinforcements at the cloning floor slowly if your guys get crushed or something. I really hope at this idea goes foward and we get that misson.

Dock at the base of the station, and work your way up. on the way, the station's staff/brains/whatever and robots join up to help you, until you eventually take out the main pirate force who has barricaded themselves into the administrative offices at the top of the station.

...and for the love of god, Don't break the doors.
