 I NEED AN APP NOW Hey I was thinking about this:What if we would just make a fund for a Datarealms app? With the forums, the devlog and maybe PM? We could fund it and maybe pay for an appdesigner (Maybe we got some inside the forums?) and if a little bit of the development money goes to the app to keep it up (of course I don't determine ♥♥♥♥ about this.) Theres probaly a lot more I haven't thought about yet... So tell me why this is the stupidest thing you heard of.

There's no need for an app. The forum and devlog both pull up fine on a mobile browser, and it's not like thousands of people use this website anyway. It sounds like a waste of energy and time.

I get that this is of course a little bit too far but it would be nice if this came true...

Re: I NEED AN APP NOW Considering the devlog part of it would only be used every 6 months, if that, you're pretty much just thinking of a forum browser that's somehow more convenient than a web browser. I just can't see the utility, really.

Re: I NEED AN APP NOW No you´re right. It wasn´t really a concept I have thought about... But I just thought that it would be easier than going to the web everytime. You could also make a mobile version of the site.

Re: I NEED AN APP NOW I just created a bookmark and added the bookmark to my phone's 'desktop' or whatever you want to call it. 1 button = loads data realms fan forums..

Yeah I know, but I always have safari on private mode. For private things. So I need to login everytime, and the buttons are too small and aahhhgg. But as you can see in the poll nobody really needs it..

Re: I NEED AN APP NOW How would having an app help that? If you didn't want to store logins you'd still need to login every time? Granted the buttons might be a bit larger but zooming would fix that.
