Post Multi-Core Support?
As far as I can tell CC does not support multiple cores, my question is simple..Are there any plans to utilize multiple cores in the future. When I put my task manager on my second screen the CC process nevers goes above 27% CPU utilization.

Adding multi-core support to the game would require almost entirely rewriting the engine, so there are no plans to add it. Sorry. :-(

Runs fine for me and I've got a high end pc.

Besides, when the game is more feature finished Dan will do bunch of optimization work.

I'm sitting on an E6750@3.2Ghz, that's an old old duo core from intel. It runs CC extremely well.

Try overclocking your processor a bit if you haven't already.

I'm running it at i5 760@2,8ghz (with TurboBoost up to 3.33 GHz) and 4gb ram but sometimes games just slow down. For now i'm wainting for new cpu cooler to OC it to 3,8 or 3,6ghz. Maybe it will speed it up.

yea i have a AMD 635 athlon 2.9 OC to 3.1 and still this game slows way down even the sound start to slow down. maybe they should consider re writing the engine to make it use 2 cores or more. as it stand right now i do feel i wasted 18 dollars... sorry but i got this game because i wanted a game that didn't require to much power. i can run games like Skyrim with no problem yet this game runs way to slow even after editing the settings. i truly hope that the build 27 address some of those problems. if the game is not stable people will not buy this game. :-(
