Perhaps add range as a factor? It could be a variable attached to the weapons themselves that you could alter, and the bullets/whatever fired from the weapon would only become friendly fire capable after a certain range. That way you could have SMGs that don't hurt your stupid teammates within a short distance from you, but also have a sniper rifle that you won't blow the head off a teammate trying to shoot someone he's having a close encounter engagement with.

That way you have the tactical element of a sniper rifle being a precise accurate weapon that you can use without risk of harming teammates, but not a rapid fire automatic which you can just fire in the general direction of the enemy without consequence, but that still won't interfere with friendlies at close range if you happen to get into a short range engagement.

The players have been doing a pretty good job of making the game, give them access to a variable like this and make the game their own.

Having this default to sharplength would keep it pretty intuitive, but having a variable to control it if wanted would make for good utility.

I don't want to complain and i'm a huge fan of cc but i found in build 26 that the players are moving alot slower and gravity is tight i can hardly fly ( my best fighting was air combat with a robot ) and i found alot of lag in the game and its not my pc, i'm not a programmer only an It tech so don't take me up wrong i love cc and only want to know if its only in the cc i played or not and if not is it going to be fixed or is it just a testing phase. further more i like the campaige i would just include a tutorial on how it works for the new players. i think ff is great i love blasting my brother in multi player when he doesnt back me up LOL and like seeing the enemy blast its friends to bits, maybe design the game so that rockets, granades and pistols pass but shotguns and guns like the ak that shoot out of controll must still hit but maybe have a 1 in 5 hit chance and shotguns only a 10 to 20% hit damage 1 in a 5 Chance
