I am amazed that people still uses that mod, thought it was forgotten/unused by now ^^

What I was trying to say is dynamic water isn't going to be an issue after awhile, I wasn't expecting anyone to work on it for me or anyone else ,but rather that hydro plus needs some sort of update right now, its just not very efficient (you have to manually place three layers around the entire map, which btw doesn't work well on mountains 2) also I see what you are saying about water, and it possibly being the last thing on the list but think about it if even one extra good coder someday discovers this game after its finished and wants water he will probably try to code it, that is all
