Post *Crunch* whoops...
Hey All,

New to CC really think the game is going to be stellar :)

What I wanted to ask though is how do you get units past each other without crushing them? I try to move scouts in and then if I notice there is an enemy I'd want to move a heavy guy in. But I almost always end up crushing one of my own men when I move in a heavy unit.

Any tips would be great!

I think that the only way to change that is through the code of the actor.
If I'm not wrong, you must change the value HitsMOs = 1 to HitsMOs = 0. In that way it won't collide with other actors but it will still be possible to damage it with guns.
Don't touch the GetsHitByMOs, only the HitsMOs value.

I think Kettenkrad was working on a script that let you walk and\or shoot through friendly actors, sounds like what you want.

Fly your blokes above each other, preferrably the lighter above the heavier. In CC, the third dimension doesn't exist, so people trying to pass each other always ends up with some kind of meat-metal conglomerate being spread all over the place. Otherwise, Asklars trick would work, but it would eliminate the possibility of body slamming the enemies, a rather big price to pay. :U

I did fly over once with the lighter unit and when I kicked the other heavier guy in the head I lost momentum fell on top and crushed him too lol

Yeah up and over. I like to play with a healing chamber and a couple guys, cycling them so they last fairly long. You'll get the hang of it after a while.
