Escape button doesn't work?

 Escape button doesn't work? Just an annoying bug, apparently, but I'd like to see if anyone else has this problem. About half the time, when I'm in a scenario, I can't get back to the menu no matter how many times I press ESC. Any ideas? I'm just curious.

Re: Escape button doesn't work? Press Q, then hit escape. I've found this works invariably (unless your keyboard is broken).

Re: Escape button doesn't work? Pressing E works too. I guess you have to do some kind of input before ESC works.

Re: Escape button doesn't work? I have never tried to abort One Man Army missions.
And in the case I did, it wasn't with a brain unit.
