Ok , ive been thinking about what you people were saying and heres my idea.

Basicly you have a Drop ship you press Stay or someother command and it will fly to your hanger and then two gravity beams will guild your ship down to the hanger.

Please note when the Gravity beams are lowing the dropship the engines are offline.

i know im bumping this thread but i just came up with a new idea that could help wouldn't it be great if dropships could land on any flat surface and power down engines but that would bring up the question how do you get your men out i don't know maby out of the top or side either way its an idea.
