It also isn't too hard to hook a computer up to a TV.

Did that. It's awesome to hook up PS3 controllers and 360 gamepads to have a kickass splitscreen match on the big screen. :D

Yeh this would probably be the easiest option. At most you will just need a few extra wires.

And by the way, something that nobody has mentioned so far; if you do try some of the riskier options suggested in this thread and seriously screw up your PS3 to the point where you need professional support, you'll probably void Sony's warranty in the process (if it hasn't already expired), meaning you'll have to pay for a fix.

In short, it's not worth the risk. Plus, the PS3 probably would run CC at an aggravatingly slow rate; although it's packing some serious heat under the hood, I think from a quick look at those specs that CC would be stuck on a single processor with only 256MB of RAM to support it. This is fudge terrible.

Your best option is, as Eviltebor, Silencio, and MLC have all suggested, to just hook up your computer to your TV and use the PS3's controllers.

EDIT: Just realized that link I posted is fudge old, but it's still probably mostly accurate even if you have the newest model of the PS3 (I think all that's been changed over the years is better cooling fans and the removal of PS2 backwards compatibility, but I could be wrong)
