   |   Cortex Command Dock IconLast year I had this really awesome dock icon for Cortex Command. It was simple the planet with the CC logo over it, but then I reformatted and lost the icon and it was only uploaded to a temporary host, so I couldn't get it back. I decided to try to remake it from scratch. You can find it below if you like it. http://hangintotheleft.deviantart.com/a ... -155347615

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconPretty Good! That certainly keeps the dock style, thanks.
However, it's pretty hard to see the text, it might be more attractive to just have a big ""CC" on top of the planet. Dunno, it's not bothersome enough for me to fix, so I doubt that anyone else cares.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconOff-Topic: I liked your previous avatar more, Phantom.
On-Topic: I'd love to see the 'CC' version.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconAlright, I've uploaded the alternate icon set. Hope you like it. I couldn't find anything bigger than that for the text. Again, if you want to modify it, I've included the PSD in the archive.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconI centered the CC, and made it bigger. Just took a few minutes, but I felt like it was more prominent. If you don't want me to share it, I'll gladly take it down, but here it is , for those of you that want it.Direct download, I believe. Here's a 512X512 picture of it.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconI've taken the alt, and made a further alt.http://dl.dropbox.com/u/814625/Cortex%20Command/Cortex%20Command%20Alt%20Alt%20Alt.zip No ICO file as of yet, simply because I'm lazy and don't need one to use it.Link updated with ico and icns. (Also changed my avatar slightly, while I had photoshop open.)

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconWhen it's a dock icon, they're tiny and just vaguely there at all.But if you want to crisp-up those, be my guest and share, I would not mind them being better.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconOh ok. I don't really care, I just thought it was odd that we both did the same thing fairly soon. Now I realize that it's not the case.

   |   Re: Cortex Command Dock IconYeah, I just made your version "better." ... I was bothered by the alignment enough to want to fix it, you see. Edit: By request, I used the tool "Icon Composer" (built in tool in osX) to produce an ico and an icns file, here's the whole kit:http://dl.dropbox.com/u/814625/Cortex%20Command/Cortex%20Command%20Alt%20Alt%20Alt.zip It's the same URL as the previous as I just replaced that one with the new one. By the way, you get the same effect by opening a picture in preview, selecting all or a subsection, copying, and then pasting into the icon display when you Get Info on a file or folder.
