Well, I've had CC for a while, got bored with the vanilla content, and decided to install some mods... but... after three trys in a row with three different mods, it isn't working. What happens, is I follow the directions on the mod installation page to the letter, start up CC... and get an error saying that such and such is not runnable, and so it decided to abort. Any help? I want to be able to nuke the scrimmage map.

PS: I have the free version, if that changes anything.
PSS: I also have an older version, I think. I got it from a PC Gamer disk about a year ago. Do versions have anything to do with moddability?

The version you're playing is outdated, and likely incompatible with most mods. Download the latest version.
