There's a reason you can't buy things- most weapons wont work properly or reliably. Your initial actor is also the only one other players see.

EDIT:Are dropships compatible with this mods? I wanna make a gunship deathmatch, lol.

Re: Cortex Command Online Deathmatch - UPDATE - 9/10/10
Please read the thread. This mod is incompatible with any other mods due to the nightmare it would be to actually transfer most of the data. Additionally, the servers being down isn't a problem, as the server version is available.

Bump. How does the hosting work? The application in the server hosting thing just displays the JPEG of the map, and trying to connect to it gives me errors about the landing zone or whatever not being there. Any help?

Any help? for you to connect, you must change the ip that it tries to connect to, to your local ip. and anyone else must enter your public ip for online play, or local ip for lan play

I put into the Online.RTE LUA file B. Give to other people and it should work?

B, yes. A, no that is unnecessary. You need your local IP there, instead of the global IP that the webpage will give you.

If you are on windows, go: Start > Run Type in "CMD" - should open the command promt. Type in "ipconfig" into said command prompt.

Okay, from amidst all of this, I can make out three addresses. None of them are clearly labeled "local" though. Which one do I use?

Re: Cortex Command Online Deathmatch - UPDATE - 9/10/10
You should have three, for example here is mine: Quote: Windows IP Configuration Ethernet adapter Wireless Network Connection: Connection-Specific DNS Suffix.: IP Address............:192.168.0.2 Subnet Mask...........:255.255.255.0 Default Gateway.........:192.168.0.1 This is the one.
