Recording = CamStudio Converting = Microsoft GifAnimator Optimizing = Trout's Gif Optimizer
  All that are used.

Use descriptive titles for your topics.
Next topic I see that isn't descriptive (WTF??? | Gif | HELP) and you won't be posting topics anymore.

I use corcrop to crop all the images and then graphics gale (if you import all it will automatically animate the images), after much searching for gif makers I find this to be the best (but it's not free).

Gif Optimizer is the only one I will keep, how exactly does it make the file smaller anyway?

I use AnimGet and Animation Shop 3. Probably not the best way, but it works.

Tell me, can you guess which of these I put through the optimiser? I want to see if it damages image quality at all. Left Or right?

I can see no real difference on image quality than their Filesizes o_O.
Left is 1/3 of the Right's File Size.

						Damn, you guessed right.
  I'm keeping the optimizer then.

ChJees thanks for the pack but I just wanted to know how to actually use it cuase I really thoughtthat you just load all the frames onto the program and set the speed in which to play it
