As most members remember a group of modders created the hero pack. A few people asked for a V2 pack, so I thought since none of the hero pack members started a new one I'll start one.

Try not to make your hero comedic unless its extremely funny.

Name: Walking Hell
Class: Freaking huge self-controled mech thing
Details: Its was created to be a heavy-assault mech by a isolated facility on the planet Vurba, but its wasn`t completly done at all. After an battle, the facility where the mech were was destroyed, and after some year, the old mech body was rescued by a small group of rebels. They made some upgrades, give him a giant Hammer rifle (sort of battle rifle) and beffed him up with a incredible amount of armor. Now his one of the rebel`s commanders
Description: A tall mech covered with lots of armors parts, with a battle rifle. To kill it, first you must destroy the armor covering him and then shoot at his core.

Name : Armor Guy

Description : Basically a gigantic ball of armor, so heavy that it' can't move. can either be used as a shield, a bomb, of a actor, once you shoot off all the armor.

Weapon : Rusty metal cannon
Description : Shoots a large, rusty looking piece of metal that gibs into a ton of smaller rusty chunks.

Name: Useless
Description: Born from a hospital in New York, Useless is just your average everyday guy. He has no special abilities, unless keeping the norm counts as a power. The guy doesn't even have a jetpack. Totally Useless (tm).

Weapon: Useless Machine Dart Shooter
Description: Shoots darts. Foam darts. That do no damage. Seriously, this guy is useless.

Weapon: Paintball Gun
Description: Fires paintballs that make colorful splats on whatever they hit. Useless.

Special Ability: Useless Backpack (Jetpack replacement)
Description: Upon hitting the jetpack button, the Useless Backpack will begin dropping pencils (Useless has an unlimited supply). Completely and utterly useless.

Name: Reaper (Tm)
Description: The only remaining member of a race of beings who were wiped out by the Coalition because they were seen as "Enemys of the peace". Because of this Reaper has been forced to live on the edge of the galaxy, Attacking and killing enemys when he finds them...Or they find him. The reason his people were enemys of the peace was because they had control of some strange ability, And would not let the Coalition study them.

Weapon: Kr34 Sniper Rilfe
Description: One of kind, The Kr34 uses a plasma cell for power, Has both a scope and laser sight, And fires armour peircing rounds

Special Ability: Animal Rage (Jetpack replacement)
Description: Because of his peoples destruction, An ancient power, Thought lost to the ages, Has resurfaced. Known only as Animal Rage, It allows Reaper to jump long distances to cover the distance to his prey.

Special Ability: Mind Control
Description: The power thatt his people died for, Mind Control allows Reaper to make his enemys see a double of him, And attack it, Leaving him to get away.

Power Armour Coalition Commander
Kinda self explanatory, with breakable armour plates and such.

Standard mech fare, weapons.

This not really...A hero. Its more a mod.

Name: VirusRemover b0t
Info: This rebot was made so no one would ever get a virus. But soon some n00b wanted everyone to get viruses! So he made lots of LopBots and TroganHorse Robo Spiders. When VR b0t heard about this, he did what he did best. Destroy viruses. So he went to every PC in the world and cleaned every single one of em'. He punched, he kicked, he dropped kick, and body slammed every Virusb0t he could find. So now, he is a ultimate hero for helping all the lazy people get rid of the virus(es) from the PCs. Today, he is searching for the n00b that started this mess. THE END OF A AWESOME STORY!
Main Weapon: Fist
Second Weapon: Lazor Eyes/Shoop da' Whoop.
Other/Misc: He has a steel plate body, red or green glowing eyes, giant metal fist o' fury, and steel plated legs and feet.

That would be my hero.

Edit:

The Goods and The Bads:
Deflect Pistol, Small Digger, and Grenades bullets.
Punching weapon can go throw concrete alittle bit.
JetPack wears off in 2seconds (1.. 2..) But first jumps high.
The Grenade's explosion will knock him to the ground.
Ak-47 bullets have massive damage.
Legs won't be the weak point, the body and the head will be. (Mostly body.)
His lazor eye blast (Shoop da' Whoop?) will rip you apart. But has 150ammo and it will take 1500/4500 time to reload.
Pretty heavy..

I love the Useless idea. If he is Totally Useless (tm) like the ads say.
I'd join, but with my limited modding skills it'd take moths to make an ACTOR (Yeah, I suck.).

Name: Robot King
Story: A robot who is king. (I'm not in a story mood)
Weapons/Items:
DeathLazor- A lazor of death (Not like a big beam of death)
BioSpray- A strange radioactive liquid that melts through flesh, but not through metal.
King Grenade- Small blast radius, but destroys anything instantly (Large terrain damage too)
Powers:
Heavy Armor- Immune to small arms.
Blast off- Very dangerous jetpack.
"Long Live the King"- Includes suicide bomb.
Other: If I'm allowed, could I include a royal guard actor?
OtherPS: I'm very lazy, and may take a while with this.

Primary weapon: A glider tool
Description: its a gun, you point forward and shoot and hold, its a harmless tool, just use in the air, and it needs to have enough thrust power, to equal his weight, and his glider tool, tilt to float in the desired direction.

Special Ability: Stealth/Scout
Description: He's tiny and indeed fast! It is obvious
