OH LAWD.
There is a very useful tutorial on basic modding here smallfry. It's a long read, but would have saved you days of waiting for a reply.
No offense, but if people do not read the basic manual and frequently asked questions about modding, they do not deserve to start threads. We should have a quiz that users have to pass on modding before entering this forum. I don't mean to flame you SF, but when you start getting angry because people have no idea what you're talking about because it's impossible to gain a glint of understanding from your posts, AND your answer can not only be found in the modding tutorial, but ALSO IS THE FIRST QUESTION IN THE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MODDING THREAD (

Q,1: I made a 'mod'.rte with a 'weapon'.ini in it, but i cant see it!
it REALLY PEEVES ME OFF. ESPECIALLY when I waste my life energy trying to figure out a problem because someone is not reading the documentation like they should be! I'm not saying you're stupid. My philosophy has always been that people on the Internet aren't stupid, they just choose to act stupid.
