I am wondering what programs i would need to start modding. sry if someone already asked this question....

All you need is notepad for changing the variables and paint for making sprites.

Ok this is gona make me seem like a stuiped retard but i lost the symbol for paint from accesories how would i bring it back. ( and yes it is stil on the computer i can access it thorugh open with but that takes a bit of time)

Find it in program files or something and make a new shortcut.

Nvm i cant fix it, the shortcut isnt there so i jsut make a file on the desktop to fix this (kind of)
