Post How to disable annoying brain damage flash?
I really don't want an seizure.
How do I disable the annoying red flashy flash and make it like B26 where your brain just gets damaged as normal?

Arguably not, nor was that a very productive post.

AFAIK it's hardcoded now, easiest way now is just to get yourself a copy of B26 or older.
