Post Adding Extra Rounds
Is it possible to fire two different rounds at the same time? I want to make a weak but long-range bullet and a short-range heavy bullet fire at the same time from a gun I am making.

Kinda, you need a fast firing gun, that has tracers.

Then set the RTTRatio to 2.

That means it fires one round, then switches to another round.


Or you could make the emissionoffset the same as the muzzle offset.

and make the shell come out at negative velocity.

But the shell wouldn't go in the same direction as the round.

Sorry, it isn't possible, unless you wanted to use one of the above methods. :???:

How do I define for it to switch to the second round? Isn't RTTRatio for the bullets fired/ tracer following ratio? Like 0.5 would be every 2 bullets having a tracer, and 1 is every bullet has a tracer?

Can't I do something near the bottom with the
Code:
 
   RegularRound = Round
      CopyOf = BoomLaser Round
   TracerRound = Round
      CopyOf = BoomLaser Tracer


bit, and add another round like this? I've tried a "SecondaryRound = Round" and just putting another "RegularRound = Round" credential there and it errors...surely there must be a way to add another round in this way...?

RTTRatio of 1 means it only fires the normal bullet.
2 means it fires a tracer every other shot.
3, after firing 2 bullets.
7, after firing 6. Etc.
