AAL BombPack discussion topic! *Final opinions plz!*
Yeah, my new mod is a bomb pack because I like to throw wierd stuff at actors and watch them turn into horrible splatters.
The special thing about this pack is that every bomb has its own personal way to kill/disable an opponent.

Bomb pack is nearing completion... stand by. Might be out in the next 10 days.

Some sort of digger thingy; it spins and travels through the ground randomly. Not technically a bomb because of no explosion, but if made as a bomb that spawns an actor, even an uncontrollable one could still make money.

1. Gas bomb: fills the area with voluminous death, good for killing defenders in bunkers. 2. Trencher: explodes only downward creating a steep, deep trench. 3. Supply "bomb": explodes sending out a pile of guns. 4. Clone bomb: a bomb in the shape of a clone, use it to trick your enemy into thinking that they just found a "helpless" clone. 5. Smasher: More of a weight than a bomb, just drop in on stuff and wait for the squish.

The two-step porcupine: A small, black orb is thrown. When touched, it gibs into a ball with very high-friction spikes. This ball detonates 20 sec afterward. I think that's possible...

Good idea, although to make it more balanced id make it also create a powerful air shockwave that will fling all the tools and weapons all over the place that it would be balanced. as if they were highly compressed. 4. Gravity grenade (I like this one) Negative mass particles Prison Grenade (I'm not so sure about this one) Spawns loads of clones, crushing any enemies nearby. But the clones are unarmed, making them only good for squishing people.Fake Fake Grenade (I love this one) Explodes into harmless particles and 1 other grenade, the particles wash over troops like nothing, when they continue marching, the 2nd grenade goes off and kills them.

Already done, see vortex grenade. 2. Kinda strange name, but I reject it. I've got the Freeze/Ice bomb instead of this that freezes actors with hardened ice. (Its almost done and works great.) 3. Kinda useless :p Might be useful to fool others in multiplayer, but the problem is secondary timers require complex ACRocket leg breakwound emitter tricks. Sorry. ::0/3 In consideraion::

Terraforming Grenades? Creates a crapload of dirt that will pile high and create a wall of dirt? Could be used as a defensive measure.

But the question is how will it generate the dirt? Type 1:Upon impact, creates only 1 medium-large ball of standard dirt that will cover anything. Type 2:Upon impact, will break into many dirt chunks and fill the area slighty diffirent. Also screenies coming soon!

So in other words the bomb will spawn more and more vegetation and will turn your bunker or sand pit into a jungle. The weed will be a bit more harder than sand so it will be quite an obstacle... Anyone supporting this idea? Btw, Check out the Pix on the first post! ^^^^^^

A slippery floor bomb.
This is based off a problem I'm having with a mod that makes floors and such in game. It would create a false floor that when stepped on would send the actor flying away in a random direction. Not so much lethal as humorous but still acting as a deterrent. Unfortunately for my mod thats the opposite of what i want it to do.

That would be rather good as a bunker module. *Thinks again* Or maybe like the deathspray... When stepped on, the ''slippyness'' will burst heavy mass particles... but that would more like rip the actor into meatballs. The gold bomb.. mmm not sure about that. I might include another idea Ive got to fund your bombs.
