I've heard people talking about a program somebody wrote a couple of months back for editing offsets, but havn't been able to find it anywhere. Could somebody post it?

It isn't really useful at it's current stage, and seeing as scott left, it isn't going to update.


It didn't really work for everyday modding use.

But paint has a built in coordinates veiwer, just enable
the status bar and and look the bottom right of the window.

That combined with a bit of math.
