PM Data about it. I think it's hardcoded into the game, but he could probably put a fix into a later build.
I've found them hard to see at times, and I'm not color-blind.

three tiny red dots just don't work for me, as i'm color blind, could some one tell me how to make it three bold black dots or something like that? |

Nope. You can only change the accuracy difference, and how far away from the muzzle they go. I tried to make the dots into a green clone, then I realized that tracers were secondary shots. Long time ago. |

There has to be a sprite for the dots somewhere, or some kind of code. Cant we just change that? |

White, pink, or bright green, or chartreuse. I use pink for my crosshairs in FPS games, vicible 90% of the time.

To save everyone the trouble, it should just be configurable: Hex or RGB array for color, integer for number of pixels in width. Would also be cool to make it changeable on a weapon-by-weapon basis, like in BF2; Different weaps have different sights. |

From my experience with Gunbound I no longer really need the sights - unless it's a sniper rifle. Yep, I'm a game freak .And just curious, but couldn't you decompile the code, search it for the hex of the colour and replace it ? Or are these things obfuscated or encoded ... Edit: This file doesn't exist yet ... sorry :'(. You'd need to edit the Exe. |
