Can attachables deal damage, other than by crushing? I was hoping to implement a bayonet on a weapon, but scripting it sounds like more effort than it's worth.

attachables by themselves can't do damage (as far as I know, it's been awhile).
A bayonet can be done by using an AEmitter emitting invisible particles that do the damage.

To be fair emitter bayonets have a tendency of insta-raping anything that comes in contact with them and it is hard to balance. A small script that emits a ray and deals damage based on velocity differences would probably work decently well.
