Can anyone help me with this, When I select my faction for the AI, it will use both the Tradestar weapons and the RDI weapons.

This can happen if script can't find weapons from some group in your mod, but can find it in base.rte. For example if your mod don't have anything in Grenades group script will fall back to blue bomb from base.rte.

Ok, is there a list of all the groups that I can use to make it compatible?

How can I prevent the AI from using a certain craft?

i think it has to be somthing about your mod load outs check them and see

That didnt help, It is not even mentioned in the Loadouts.ini.
