Because the WH40K mod has loadouts disabled by default, you didn't make any loadouts for your mod and the shadow faction also doesn't have any loadouts. The game doesn't automatically pick loadouts, hey are included with the mod. The WH40K loadouts are enabled/disabled in the factions.ini file.

You misspelt Turret at the end, you wrote Turrent. I haven't messed with loadouts yet but I think that if there are any errors at all in the loadout it skips it.
