Module Icon is weird

Post subject:  Module Icon is weird
So, im started the Covenant.rte, however the module icon does not work. I used paint and a lightish purple that was available by the default palette. I never understood why that happened, and its happened before for unsc's module icon, but I somehow fixed it.

It seems like it's not in palette.
