I'm new to modding, and I would like to know how to modify the .ini to make an actor's chest invulnerable, so then their Kevlar vest would make some effect. |

Invulnerable? Change material to "Default" or something equally ridiculously tough and up the GibImpulseLimit. Still want penetration effects? Leave the material and up the GibWoundLimit. EDIT: Also ImpulseDamageThreshold. |
