Post Modificating actor's chest
I'm new to modding, and I would like to know how to modify the .ini to make an actor's chest invulnerable, so then their Kevlar vest would make some effect.

Invulnerable? Change material to "Default" or something equally ridiculously tough and up the GibImpulseLimit.
Still want penetration effects? Leave the material and up the GibWoundLimit.

EDIT: Also ImpulseDamageThreshold.
