Post Help with creating a custom character?
I'm not sure if this has been done before but i'm looking to port some of the .gif files from desktop ponies to CC.
Any good programs to sprite the legs/bodies? I have .gif images of walking/standing/sitting that are already in the pixel art style of CC.

As for the legs, if they need to be re-made in .bmp images separately from the body (and i'm guessing they do)
How would I go about these legs being positioned correcting and crawling correctly?

Also, sorry if the ponies aren't welcome here. Just figured id give asking a shot.

You seem to be asking a lot here. First of all, and something you ought to know before diving into this, all the four-legged creatures in CC behave like crabs, not like ponies. Even if you did get the sprites in, it'd be awkward to get the characters to behave properly, if at all.

If you don't care about that, all I recommend is image editing skill. You need to rip each character apart, into limbs, body and head, then you need to use the vanilla content as a basis for how the legs work (you need individual images for each stage of movement), and ON TOP OF ALL THAT, you need to have them all in the palette CC forces you to use, or else they won't look at all good in the game itself.

It's often easier to sprite it from scratch than take other sprites that don't quite fit CC properly.

Thanks.
While i'm not looking to exactly get them to behave properly, its more of a "because I can" thing. They would retain no valid use and not fit into the CC world very well at all.
Ill try my best to split everything up and get it at-least looking the way it should, if not its probably not worth the effort.

DRL and ponies mix like oil and vinegar without enough emulsifier. There are people that love them and people that hate them. Overall, as long as you aren't annoying about them, you'll be fine.

speaking of random actors, i'm quite surprised no one done a mod based on the Community (or care bears).
A actor for everyone who bring life and enjoyment/pain to the forum.

Duh, usually I'm quite tolerant and liberal, gotcha knows me and can give witness about that,
but come on! my little ponnies? only go to prison its more gay than that and prison isn't a choice!

Nobody remember the good old times with hyper-violent cartoons where everything exploded
or turned into something fearsomely destructive and evil? ... turned my generation into monsters

Street Sharks, Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys or the Biker Mices of Mars!

I believe "Divilob club" mod its inspired in DRFF... and hitler.
The problem with that idea its to give personality or special functions to characters would require
a terrific amount of lua, imagine one script per actor, and who decides who would have an actor?
Madness I say.

Err, Naxx, your tolerance is questionable at best. Tssk tssk.

Aaaanyway, a little ponies mod would be great. Just think of this, Naxx, we can blow up the ponies into ludicrous horsemeat gibs and have your soldiers shower in their blood. Damnable pests that they are.
