What do you mean?
Like a shotgun that ejects both shells when you reload, or something along those lines?
OR a gun that empties multiple casings at once?

You want to eject two casings?
Well, you can make a MOSRotating the casing that gibs into the two casing you want. To gib it you give it a lua script that gibs it on creation.

Like I said, how? I said two things.
Also besides the first 4 words of that sentence I could not comprehend what you were saying.

Hm. I'm fairly sure this can be done somehow, even if it surmounts to using a cheap emitter trick or two.
