Spriting tutorial!
This tutorial will commence step-by-step with images. There is a mod attached with the completed product of this tutorial, with Palette.act inside, a file required to do this tutorial. By the end of this tutorial you will have a picture of whatever you want to draw in The Almighty Palette.

Requirements
[*]A recent-ish PhotoShop (I use CS5 for Mac, but I doubt it has to be anywhere near that new)
[*]The attachment I talked about
[*]An idea of something to create
[*]The ability to use the images you create (With ini) [optional]
Instructions
