Yes.
Make a Devices.ini that includes all the calls for the guns you want to be semi-secret.
in Index.ini call the Devices.ini but comment it out like this.
Code:
DataModule
   ModuleName = Your Mod
   IconFile = ContentFile
      Path = pictures/chainsaw.bmp
   IncludeFile = Devices.ini
   //IncludeFile = DevicesHidden.ini

and you have hidden devices/guns/craft/actors/chainsaws.
