Post Stationary Gun?
I am currently making a Old West mod and was wanting a hand cranked gatling gun. Now of course, this cannot be carried (Unless I add some badass dude to) by any normal person, so I give you a question. How can you make a gun stationary (Or rolled around on wheels) and have actors use them when they walk up to it?

I just had a sudden sense of deja vu. This has been asked before somewhere...
Anyway, just try using the Dummy MG turret, re-sprite it, delete attachables, and add a .lua script that makes it controllable if there is an actor near it.
Or even just re-sprite and recode my nebelwerfer.

You want to help me out with this? I don't think I could sprite and do all this fancy Lua stuff. Would you like to teach me so I can learn how to do this in the future? :-(

Well, I don't know the .lua magic, but I can try and help with the sprites and code.
First things first...

We can use this code as a basis. It has everything we need, apart from the gun's code. You can delete all that nebelwerfer cannon stuff at the top.

Now you need sprites. Its probably best if you have one big bitmap with all the components on it, with something for scale too. If you can sprite just an outline, then I'll fill it up and make it look pertty.

Yup, just get your perspective and scale right before anything else.

I'm just trying to get some specs on this thing...

It has 6-8 barrels, but other than that (Such as length, width and weight) are all different. But I'll try to just use measurments close to CC averages.

And here is what I got, note that there is not a wheel yet, that is because I thought it would be easier to size it to how you want it.

I'm very sorry to tell you this, but you guys are wasting your time. CC48 already did it.

All you have to do is resprite and attach the gun from the moment you spawn it.
