Making one bullet hit more than once
hey, i've been thinking of a concept for a gun but i cannot get the bullet, which does infact go through riotshields, to register a hit after hitting the shield, so i'm wondering, is there a way to make a bullet that penetrated a shield, hit the actor you aim for instead of pass through him harmlessly?

Or make the gun fire multiple bullets with no spread, effectively forming one super-projectile that doesn't spread but does more damage.

Re: Making one bullet hit more than once
Uh, short answer, no.
The speed, direction and place where the bullet exit the object are completely random it would seem, and totally hard-coded, so there is'nt a way to do that. Sorry.

No, it would be defined in the riot shield wounds.

Re: Making one bullet hit more than once
The OP appears to be saying that bullets coming out of exit wounds appear to have their HitsMOs set to 0, not any of the things that have been replied with.

Re: Making one bullet hit more than once
Make An AEmitter which just emits particles with low lifetime but has HitsMOs = 0 [the AEmitter] and it'll penetrate while doing insane damage though. Probably some easier Lua way to do this though.
