How do I make the perfect body armor
I want to make a attachable on an actor that does never break or get blown off, and has browncoat hat wounds. How can I do this?

My guess would be setting it's material to default, gibimpulselimit to something way to high, and if attachables have gibwoundlimit (I don't remember if they have) set it to another number pretty high.

And JointStrength, and posssibly stiffness.
As for the browncoat wounds, look in the browncoat file and copy the EntryWound and ExitWound sections.

But if its made out of Default won't that make it impossible to wound?

Don't define Gibimpulselimit and Gibwoundlimit, aswell as have MissionCritical = 1 somwhere on it.

How can I make it near impossible to break without making it out of Default? I want it to be unbreakable and not be able to get blown off, but when a bullet or something hits it, it will shoot out some browncoat hat smoke balls.

Then make it out of Military stuff or any other standard material, and give it a ridiculously high Gibwoundlimit (for example 999999), Gibwoundlimit and JointStrength. And make it have these wounds: Wound Browncoat Hat.
