Is there any way to create a jetpack without modifying the pyro.ini file? I want to publicize my mod, but I made a custom jetpack in pyro, so can I make one without changing the pyro file so I can more easily share my mod? |

[I'm assuming your custom jetpack goes to a custom actor already in mod form?] Just copy the portion of pyro.ini for your jetpack over to your mod, into an .ini within the mod. Anywhere that is read before the actor himself and doesn't interrupt another block should be fine. This is a vague solution to a vague problem, so be careful to have backups unless you really know what you're doing. If you're still lost, explain the problem you're having further. Also, large text for general posts is obnoxious. Please only use it for emphasis, headers, etc. And you can use small text for understating less important/relevant stuff. |

That worked, thanks! Could you tell it was my first forum post? |

There's this counter on the side under your name, keeping track of how many posts you have made. |

Sort of off-topic, but its got to do with jetpacks, is the EmissionAngle hardcoded? I want to make an MG-42 on my tank, and I figure the best way is to make it a jetpack, but it fires straight into the dirt. |

I think you need to change the emission offset as well, Kettenkrad. |
