Hey all you people who know what they are doing. I am having issues loading images created using paint.net. Can somebody tell me how to load the images or why they wont load? I think the issue is that there are colors that shouldn't be used.

What specifically is the issue? If you're having problems with images looking funny ingame, then yes you're probably having a paletting issue, in which case check the Useful Threads multithread for a tutorial on how to fix them. |

I redid the sprites using the colors they appear as boxes and the colors are reversed. I think its the way paint.net saves.

Check into putting your images into palette. You may have used the right colors, but the image itself must be in the right color palette before it'll work. The link I put in my last post has several threads explaining how to do so in various image editors (including mine for Gimp). |
