Alrighty, so I've been working on an actor and its head offsets( I think something to do with the Joint Offset.) and jetpack emission offsets are screwed up. My tinkering has thus far been futile and as such I'm reaching out to the community. Any help/suggestions/criticism are appreciated.

I believe there are a few offset guides floating around. I suggest searching for them:.

This is one such guide that came up in a quick search:

Note: I think Jointoffset or parent offsets are backwards compared to other offsets.

The thing though Zalo, is I've gone through those multiple times awhile ago, and I can't seem to find Which offset is causing the trouble. Te head seems almost behind the torso, and as far as I can tell the jetpack's emission offsets should be fine. Bleh. Maybe its just 2am coding errors. :/
