I think they die a bit too fast, maybe try a higher life time?

Also, your not emitter Blue Gravnon Round, your Emitting Gravnon Round.

Word of warning though, particles stack up in the actor's inventory when the gun with an emitter is holstered. While usually not a problem, it can stack up significantly and cause a lag spike/huge recoil if not checked.

I didn't know that, I frequently use weapons with emitters in my mods and I never had this kind of problem.
