You can, but you'd have to make a custom wound for it. Check out the Base.rte definitions of wounds (in base.rte/effects/wounds/wounds.ini) and copy what it does there, but change the emitted blood particles to your own.

This reminds me; I've ben peeking around for a long time but I've never been able to find the location of the definitions of jetpacks... Where are they?
