Alright, so it's been a year since I said I'd soon post this thing, and in the meantime I got really really bored with modding for cc, messing with that minor faction became a major pain, and I guess I've lost the actual file I was working on, so I'll just out and say how to make these.
If you take an actor and give it all animated sprites for a boy, some with empty frames, and sorta crouch and jam left and right for a bit, eventually the actor will fall through the terrain and fly through it like air, and once you fly back into real air interact with terrain normally. Although it was cool for this infiltration ability and got harder to hit the more it was damaged, it looked like crap. Guess I'll update this with the actual file if I can find my old, semi-updated version of... wherever I left the darn thing. But like I said, I'm pretty sure I deleted it.
EDIT: Oh my, I'm wrong, I /do/ have those old b22 files. Lets see if I can pick through it and actually figure out what I'd changed...
EDIT2: As promised, the actual file, a slightly updated version of SInc.rte. There might have been more alterations than this but I'm not updating the entire b22 mod just in case, so in this there's just the new actor (with clunky infiltration ability intact), and four weapons, three of which actually work, and only one of which (the Null Force) I find actually interesting at this point.

Well no, that's it. Since the entire actor has to stop existing from time to time for this to work, I don't think you could make a prettier version, and since it relies on a glitch to function I don't think it's gonna end up less glitchy either.
